The store started out as an ordinary offline-based business, as Rostock (former name) was seeking to have its online presence. In a very short time, the store went from a wholesale model to an online store one.
With more than 10,000 books in its Windhoek’s warehouses, the brick ‘n mortar store was transformed into Books.co.na, an amazing customer-friendly online store, doubling the annual revenue in just a year.
